The specialty here is noodle soups - you can choose from 8 or 10 different types of noodle and then from two dozen or more things to put in the soup.

One of Hong Kong's more laid-back attractions, this fishing town is where Hong Kongers retreat for sea swimming, kayaking and some of the city's best seafood.

Tung Ping Chau is set in the east of Mirs Bay; too distant for most Hong Kong maps to show it properly.

Much of Sharp Island (Kiu Tsui Chau, 橋咀洲), together with seven islets off its northeast and northwest coasts, is country park.
